Welcome to MODL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MODL mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Eudaimonia Ventures, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MODL.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MODL. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Not Medical Advice

MODL is a software tool designed to provide automated nutritional architecture and meal planning based on your self-reported goals and biometrics.

• Informational Purposes Only: The information provided, including "Daily Stacks," "Archetypes," and calorie/macro targets, is for informational and performance purposes only.
• Consult a Professional: We are not medical professionals or registered dietitians. You should consult with a physician or healthcare provider before starting any new nutritional program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, food allergies, or a history of disordered eating.
• Assumption of Risk: You use the meal plans and recipes provided by MODL at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

MODL is a subscription-based service.

• Recurring Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Proprietary Rights

All content within the Service, including the algorithm, recipe database, "Daily Stack" logic, "Archetype" badges, and the MODL name and logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of Eudaimonia Ventures, LLC. You may not scrape, redistribute, or use our proprietary recipes for commercial purposes.

5. User Content and Accuracy

To provide accurate meal plans, MODL relies on the data you provide during onboarding and "Weekly Calibration." You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your weight, activity levels, and goals.

6. Third-Party Services

MODL may provide features that link to third-party services (such as grocery delivery platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the services, pricing, or delivery quality of these third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eudaimonia Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your adherence to the nutritional plans provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
