- Biometric Data: Age, height, weight, sex, and activity levels provided during onboarding.
- Preference Data: Your chosen "Archetype" (e.g., "The Big Build") and your selected "Anchor Meals."
- Usage Data: Information on which assigned meals you log and your "Weekly Calibration" weight updates.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly to provide and improve the MODL experience:
- Algorithm Execution: To calculate your calorie/macro targets and generate your weekly meal plans.
- Grocery Management: To generate automated shopping lists based on your plan.
- Personalization: To refine the "Daily Stack" recipes based on your history and preferences.
- Communication: To send you notifications about your "Weekly Calibration" or subscription status.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- No Selling Data: We do not sell your biometric, nutritional, or personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

MODL is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
